Thank you for your interest in offering ADE-approved Professional Development programs (PD) to Arkansas K-12 education professionals and / or school board members.
Select and review the RULES below, and register for a Provider Account with Profile.
To receive the correct Professional Development (PD) application form from an established PDSAM Account please complete the Profile Section and:
(1) give the full name of the organization or agency - avoid acronyms;
(2) select the appropriate Type of Organization / Application to access the appropriate form:
-Arkansas State Agencies, Professional Organizations, Private Schools, and Non Profit Organizations must complete an Assurance Training with ADE;
-Arkansas School Board Training Providers will select School Board Training;
-Private For Profits, Vendors, and Out of State Providers select "Other;"
(3) upload a small jpeg image or logo. Note: Uploaded images may be viewed by clicking View Profile at the top of the page;
(4) Contact Details and Office Address information must be current
(5) upload a Word Doc with a blurb about your organization, types of PD offered to licensed educators, target audience, and a Web site link into the ABOUT section. Word Docs only.
- Please use the Word Doc blurb in the COMMENTS Section of the PD Application, also.
NOTE: Once your Provider Account has been reviewed and activated by ADE PDSAM Staff, you may then Post a New Program Application for ADE-approval review. Changes made to the Profile will lock an Account for re-approval by ADE.

Prior to completing an application for ADE approval of professional development designed for K-12 licensed Arkansas educators please read and refer to:
ADE Rules Governing Professional Development (October 2009):
On the Application explain How your program relates to a FOCUS Area for Professional Development and How your program meets the STANDARD of the criteria that you select. Note: your application cannot be processed until this information is provided in your application.
ADE ID Professional Development Codes expire June 30th.

Arkansas School Board Member Training:
Prior to completing applications for ADE approval of Arkansas School Board Member Trainings, please read and refer to:
Rules Governing Required Training for School Board Members, March 2006:
Exhibit A should be copied and pasted into the Comments Section of the Application for completion.
ADE ID Arkansas School Board Member Training Codes expire December 31st.
SCHOOL BOARD TRAINING may be provided to Arkansas School Board members by an Institution of Higher Learning in this state, by programs sponsored and approved by the ADE, or by an in-service training program conducted by or through the Arkansas School Boards Association.
